Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Read more

An out of the way little house that looks like a local take out pizza joint. Walk in and there are a few tables. Sit down and order and get some of the best Italian food I have had in Ottawa. Ask what the special is, you never know. We stared wit a sausage appetizer that is to die for, flavorful and spiced just right. There were 6 of us so we all ordered different things and tried each others. There was not a loser in the bunch. Skip the insalata, it is just greens on a plate. The veal picatta was outstanding and the pastas were great. Get the house wine, the night we were there it was a very good valpolicella. Since I was a little kid this has been a go to place for take out pizza. Had left town for almost 10 years and came back to find my favorite pizza place just as I had left it. I can confirm that those that have the negative reviews on here are absolutely ignorant. This place has been a mom and pop shop since they opened back in their hay day. I have ordered out on numerous occasions from Greek To Go and every time I have been impressed with polite service and AMAZING food. The chicken salad has got to be the best I've ever tasted, FRESHLY (in front of my eyes) grilled chicken on top of a fresh salad topped with a delicious dressing!! Even their heavier souvlaki platters always hit the spot and are as fresh as if they had been prepared in my own kitchen. I couldn't ask for a better Greek experience. Read more

I stopped in for pasta night with my fiancé and everything was lovely. The host and waitress were both very friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the patio (we sat in both locations as I was a bit warm on the patio) was fun. Our drinks, appetizers and entrées all came exactly as expected and were delicious.
